Where the desk sits and when it reads

Miami, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern. Write at midnight from California and we answer before your lunch. We read weekend mail on Monday morning, and nothing waits longer than one business day either way.

We quote against salt air, a hurricane season and terraces people still use in February. Those conditions change which teak finish and which fabric we put in front of you, and we see them here every week.

The date the terrace has to be usable. Lead times run from two weeks for stocked pieces to sixteen for custom fabric.
